By the way, we’re open by appointment only on a day-to-day basis… We no longer have regular open hours.

These open houses will be a monthly occurrence, and a great chance to come to the shop and find a full array of flavors to take home. We miss seeing your friendly and encouraging faces.

Talon’s friend had a birthday recently, and we made a cake for him! His mom sent us an awesome picture and note.
We love being a part of celebrations! There’s an awesome video (a little piece of Trio history) — with our friend Carolann’s little brother, enjoying some of our Cookies, Cookies, Cookies & Cream gelato his mom turned into a huge cake for his birthday.

I enjoyed your pumpkin and hazelnut gelatos at the Mt. Dora Craft Fair. It was truly unbelieveable! We were in Italy this past summer and had our fair share of gelato. With all sincerity, yours was superior!

… I think of Rachel Ray when I eat your Gelato. It’s nice if food has a good presentation and is presented in an attractive environment, by curteous people, however what is paramount to Rachael Ray is TASTE! In all areas, you all should receive top ratings, however in the classic Rachael Ray tradition, if taste is what is important, you exceed consumer’s expectations.

Being a local foodie, I’m always looking for the best tasting food, and I’ve now found my favorite local frozen desserts in greater Orlando. Delish!!!

Top ten ways to take Trio home for the holidays!

1. Literally…take us home! We’ll bring our cart to your home or office for your holiday parties. We’ll serve up gelato and sorbetto to your guests with a smile (preferably groups of 50+).
2. Come to our shop on November 17th and bring home a quart or pint of our sweet cream gelato to top off your pumpkin or pecan pies. Your family will sing your praises!!
3. Order a pumpkin cheesecake - a layer of cheesecake semifreddo, a layer of pumpkin pie gelato inside a pecan, gingersnap crust. I’d be Thankful for that! We also offer a vegan version of pumpkin pie, which is incredible!!
4. Order an apple n’ spice gelato cake - spice cake layered between apple pie gelato and chunks of cinnamon apples. The leaves may be green outside, but our apple n’ spice cake will make it feel like Autumn.
5. Order our carrot cake gelato cake - carrot cake layered between carrot cake or cream cheese gelato topped with nuts and cream cheese frosting.
6. Let us deliver cups or pints to your office! We have four different cup sizes to choose from with lids for easy delivery.
7. Head to the Enzian Theater in Maitland, see a movie, and order a black and tan gelato, chocolate sorbetto, or one of our seasonal flavors from their new Trio menu!
8. Relax and eat out at Nonna in College Park. Delicious Italian food + our fantastic gelato for dessert = a great date!
9. Stressed out for the holidays? Visit our friend Lora at Dream Dinners in the Kohl’s Shopping Plaza off 436. Make a ton of great meals and order gelato to pick up at your next session!
10. Head to Uptown Altamonte on Friday Nights from 7-9 for Friday Night Live, College Park’s Farmer’s Market in front of Harmoni Market Saturdays 9am-1pm, or Lake Eola’s Farmer’s Market 10am-4pm.
